| ABOUT ME:
I was born in Verden (Aller), Germany, in 1969 and came to Australia in
1982. After I finished high school in 1986, I completed a BSc (Hons) degree
in Mathematics at the University of Western Australia, followed by a PhD at
the same institution. After working for a year as a research associate, I
joined the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Curtin University as a
lecturer in 1995.
